What film did you watch last night?

It's not 9/10 though....If you like it, watch other Richard Curtis' movie, such as his latest one About Time.

I thought it was worth a 9, not usually my type of film (more of an action, sci fi, etc viewer) and loved it.

Will watch about time at some point, thanks for recommendation.

Rush - 9/10

Amazing - just watched it and superb. Great performance from Bhurl as Lauder - superb film, great sounding with full DTS. Amazing - one of the stand out films of all time for me.

Oblivion. An utter steaming t**d of a film. Although I was expecting it to be pants going in 0/10

what a load of derivative nonsense

essentially it's elements of Moon and The Matrix mashed together. I mean was Morgan Freeman channeling Morpheus or what - leather jacket, shades... so watch Moon and The Matrix both of which are far superior to this pile of cr*p

Bad grandpa - well not really a film but in places I haven't laughed so much in years. I swear in places I was close to nearly peeing!

6.5-10

Rush

Was a really good film and thoroughly enjoyed it. Set slightly before I was born but looks like F1 was far more exciting back then in '76 with the danger element.

Which is why I do not watch F1 today and don't understand people who enjoy it as its so god darn boring. All wrapped up in bubble wrap and cotton wool.

They should take the F1 cars of '76 and make todays pussy drivers race them.

Would be far more entertaining.

8/10

Bad Grandpa :D

7.5/10

Rated quite high but just for the classic moments three had me in stitches thought this was the best though.

When he was in that club for the women's night and showing his ballsack out pants could not stop laughing :D

Shame the trailer spoiled a few but was enough in the film that was not shown to still enjoy.

Riddick - Vin Diesel

Riddick as a character is great, its a shame someone cant write and produce better films for him.

In this installment Riddick gets a dog, shows a bit more emotion then after about 45 minutes things get going and it ends up being a carbon copy of Pitch Black.
I could have easily switched it off after 30 mins but I stuck with it and got a few kicks out of the action parts which overall was what I was looking for, sit back, watch Riddick be broody and kick some alien butt.
Could have been a decent franchise as Vin Diesel loves being Riddick but the backing, writing, producing etc have let him down.

The film was utter tripe. I was sad that I wasted the time and money to see it.
