Season the bone marrow (it's split in two)
Bake the marrow for 10 minutes
Pile the onions on top
Grill till brown
Hoover up yummy

Silly question, do you eat the bone marrow? What's its texture? I'm incredibly curious as I've never heard of this being sold, let alone cooked o.O

Yep you do, it's sold as a side dish at a lot of steak places although I've never tried it personally.
Texture is quite gelatinous, like the jelly round a pork pie but hot.
