Fry onions very slowly for an hour
Season the bone marrow (it's split in two)
Bake the marrow for 10 minutes
Pile the onions on top
Grill till brown

Hoover up yummy

Yep you do, it's sold as a side dish at a lot of steak places although I've never tried it personally.
