What is the most consistently funny movie (even after repeat viewings) you have ever seen?

There's quite a few. Some have been mentioned already, Marx brothers and Airplane for example, but more recent film's are the Harold & Kumar films, first 2 not so much the Christmas one, but the funniest film I've seen in years is Ted. No matter how many times I see it I cry with laughter.

Bad Santa is a good shout, but I think the ultimate in this arena is Team America: World Police. It never fails to crack me up at multiple points.
