I have recently finished building my mini-itx gaming computer

SPECS:
Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced
Corsair CX500M
GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XN-WIFI
AMD Athlon x4 II 760k
Stock AMD CPU Cooler
8GB Corsair Vengence LP (CL9 1600)
AMD R9 270X MSI HAWK Edition
I have installed windows and set up the computer. But my CPU temperatures seem abnormally high even at around 50% load. When the Computer is idle the temperature sensors on hwmonitor and the bios read 60-70 degrees Celcius (I have never seen the temperature go below 50 degrees Celcius). Even if I leave the computer off for a few hours as soon as I boot it the temperature is already reading 60-70 degrees Celcius.

What are the other temps like? mainboard, NB, SB, gfx card?
Is the airflow on the case adequate?
Is the case in a hot location?
Does the graphics card expel hot air inside the case?

What are the temps like with the top/side off?

Looking at your HWmonitor screenshots it seems odd how it reads -7 as a minmum but I have also noticed a seemingly high vcore voltage. The latest screenshot say 1.4v at the top. What is the voltage set to in the BIOs? My 8350 is only 1.36v

Lots of temperature monitoring apps don't play nicely with FM2 chips, particularly HWMonitor. Though the last time I encountered this issue Overdrive was reporting correctly.

What are your BIOS temps?

They say the same as hwmonitor 60-70 at idle ( I think hwmonitor reads the same temps as the bios) are the amd overdrive temps = temp - ambient? cause when its idle i get like 0.C

I believe he meant core temperature minus ambient temperature, but you certainly would notice 0C ambient. :p
