Awesome games done quick / Summer games done quick
Every year I watch this, I don't think I've ever seen a thread for it (Sorry if I missed it), so I want to raise awareness.
It's a bunch of speed runners who play all your old favorite games, anything from Pokemon on the Gameboy to Ocarina of time on the N64, they aim to complete them obviously as fast as possible, using glitches or other tactics to run through the game.
They raise money through donations each year, last year they raised $400,000, this year it's for the prevent cancer foundation.
