The Mrs is cooking in the other room at the moment and it's getting warm in here. :D lol.

I'm having an issue in Heaven and Valley where the power limit will die and sit at 67%. Really annoying. On Skyn3t BIOS for what that's worth. Not sure if that's OCP kicking in or what as I've set power limit to 130% anyway even though I doubt I'd exceed 115% at a push

Sounds like a power throttle - set your power to max :D
 
Which PSU do you have?

Single or multi rail - if it's multi rail, that will more than likely be your problem

Just checked your build log - 30Amp on each rail.

I had the Enermax 1350 and had the same issue your describing.

Your not using the dual PCI-E 6+2 pin cables?

A few on OC.net have had issues using the dual cables (just a heads up :))
