Have you ever experienced racism from a minority?

You either didn't read or chose to ignore my earlier post:

I'm guessing by the sentiment in your posts you chose to ignore. As Deuse pointed out you're just trolling for a pointless meaningless fight aren't you ?

You're probably one of the most unpalatable people I've come across on these forums. :(

What has that got to do with the fact your father took a job in one of the most racist, nastiest places in the world............****ed off the aggressors and then wondered why he got stick? Seriously?!

Would be interested to know more about this one.

There's a reason why it's very rare for a Chinese girl to go out with a black or Asian man. (For this post i refer Asian as middle-eastern)

They fall back on rascal stereotypes. They see black men as the kinda guys that just use them for sex and leave you holding the baby and also inferior in intelligence and job prospects, basically bad news.

Asian men they see as wife beaters and adulterers, also culturally incompatible as they don't want to end up being covered up in headscarfs and face coverings.

If they are to date outside their race it's pretty much Whites only, go to Canary Warf in london and you'll see Chinese girl/White guy couples everywhere, me and the other half counted like 5 in the space of 10mins at one point

Absolute nonsense. You have no idea what you are talking about.

This post appeared to be mostly broken English.

Saudi men are the worst. They think that just because they have money they're on top of the food chain and can treat anyone else like ****. Most of the ones i have met are in fact the worst characters i have ever met. Funny enough it is the easiest one to correct.

Only if everyone stopped going to Saudi Arabia to work and boycott flying through Dubai (I'm going through Cathy Pacific next time I'm going to Hong Kong) then they'll soon get the message that money can't buy you respect.

He annoyed the aggressors by standing up to the racism, and being a decent human being. If anything he should be praised for the torment he went through not lambasted as you seem keen on doing.

lol, yeh, i never thought about it tbh, but i didnt give a damn really when he didnt serve me, i just said "oh, right, ok, laters" and walked out....

i dont think white people generally get offended by it really, well... not in the UK anyways!

I agree, I'd imagine it's probably to do with the fact that we didn't have decades in modern society of racial based suppression.

Any racism directed at me has always been met with laughter, followed by making a mental note to limit contact with such idiots. If anyone is going to cause me any grief over something silly like skin color then I will find an alternative to whatever I'm doing, no point wasting time over it by getting hurt or getting confrontational.

A couple of times, wasn't really that bothered. Couldn't care less what people think of me to be quite honest.

I have quite a few Indian / Bangladeshi / Pakistani friends and they seem to get it some time. Can't understand why people need to be racist & islamophobic to be quite honest, does it matter what colour their skin is or what religion they believe in as long as they are decent people.

But that's nothing compared to "you deaf mate" "OI move you deaf or something" I'm hard of hearing.
ah I love it when people say that to me. The look on their face when I say, actually yes! is priceless :D:D

Sports brah please think about what you are saying. and do shush ;)

Absolute nonsense. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Whilst not taking sides here and not supporting any aggressive word use, there was an international boycott of SA and rightly so, SA gave Brit immigrants 10 times the exchange rate when they converted the cash you took on your move, boorish Boers strike again.

Long story:
This still cuts me up after 4 years because this woman got away with it.
At the time I was teaching Equality & Diversity classes to adults, was teaching Health & Social are to kids from all parts of the world and my wonderful Manager was mixed race (Nigerian/Yorkshire).
A young Asian woman started in our department and was put into Office 1 and over the next 2 months I had no contact with her, zilch, nada, zero and every other word you can think of just so you undertand.
It soon became clear that she was arguing with everybody in the office which eventually turned into 4 complaints and so after a month she was made to switch to Office 2.
Another month passed by with us hearing stories about this woman arguing with everybody and more complaints went in so the Manager decided to deal with her and have all the staff in one by one.
It came to my turn and I was asked about her but I had no contact with her for the 2 months, I hadn't even been in a position to speak to her because our paths had never crossed but I had seen her from a distance.
My Manager then said that all her problems arguing with other workers was my fault because I was a racist  I kid you not, a woman who I had never met blamed all her arguments with other people on me.
Anyway, the bosses knew it was complete BS but wouldn't do anything about it even though I wanted to take it further 'Just forget about it' but after 4 years it still eats at me that she could accuse somebody and not get punished for it.

Short story:
Young Asian woman blamed all her problems on me and then called me a racist when I'd never even met her.

Had two occasions of a few hours shore leave in Japan on my first ship with the two deck cadets, one of whom happened to be ginger. First was on Port Island, Kobe where we had Kirin and Sake in the bar atop the Kobe Plaza tower, and the second was at Higashiharima, a grim little industrial town just a bit further north along the coast of the Inland Sea where we went ashore just to spend the last of our Yen in Lawson, an oddly named chain of convenience stores over there.

The norm was for our token ranga to just be openly gawked at, but on occasion kids with their parents would excitedly shout things like "Gaijin, gaijin!" while pointing at him. The parents would quickly hush them and then look a bit abashed. We just found it funny.

This would however, be racism from a majority.

Also, have to point out that ginger folks aren't a race.
