Can't stop spending money....

itaste MVP & Kanger Aerotank.

Just been doing some Googling on the Protank and flooding/gurgling issues which constantly reoccur for me.

Turns out unscrewing the base (leaving the head in), wrapping it in tissue paper and blowing through the 510 thread (on what would normally be the bottom) makes a massive difference, clearing out any excess juice in the head. Simple, logical solution, wish I'd come across it earlier!

I am starting to think that this Bottom Dual Coil lark is a red herring.

I was wondering why my Mini Pro-tank 2 was consistently vaping better than my Aspire BDC Davide so I opened up the Davide and tore out the little plastic plug, removed the BDC adaptor and chucked a Protank head in there. Way, way, way better vape!

So I have been side by side comparing the now single coil Davide and my new Kanger AeroTank (which is a BDC system) with the same juice and nope - the Davide and the Mini PT are just better. BETTER BY FAR.

Am I doing something wrong with the BDCs or are we being sold down the river here with shiny new tech that actually, when you really look at it is worse?

OK so I whacked the Wattage up on the Zmax running the Aerotank to 12.5W and have answered my own question. I was doing something wrong

edit. That said it's still not up to the Davide so I have put the aero control valve on the Davide kept a single coil and consigned the Aerotank to the Drawer. Shame that because it looks awesome... Note that you can't use a single coil on the aerotank because the stem is too short and it leaks everywhere.

I'm looking to move on my Sigelei 19B and RSST with JB Steamworks Chamber Reducer. It has a custom made hybrid kit (similar to the SG-1 by Fusion Mods) to reduce the overall size.
I'll put pics up tomorrow and a link to the UKVapers Classifieds ad when I've had a chance to host them, but feel free to get in touch via Trust if interested. Obviously I won't discuss prices etc within this thread, so as not to break any rules...

Would make an ideal first Mechanical and Genesis combo - simple to use and bombproof.

I'd be interested in the Aero tank if it's just going to clutter your drawer up. Need something reliable to leave in the car - I trod on my trusty Protank 1 yesterday, after spending the previous evening recoiling 26 heads :aarrrghh:

Iirc thats the one that takes 14500 batteries?

Also my Nemisis magnets came today, they make a big difference, the throw is much less and feels much smoother.

just don't drop your mod like I did or the magnets can break. I think maybe glueing them into place while they were still in one piece might have worked as well.

It's due to the fact that the amount of wire used to create the resistance has to be doubled in parallel to create the same resistance as a single coil the extra amount of wire will mean that a great amount of watts or power through the system is required.

lol, i got 10 magnets in total, gave 4 to my neighbour so i still have 2 sets spare, just in case.
Not bad for £7 lol :D

I know I've asked before and had a couple of replies but some may of missed it :-)

I'm getting a ecig either today or tomorrow, I live right near vapeescapee but don't mind ordering from some where else if it's a much better deal.

Budget £30-35 what do you guys recommend?

I'm looking into e-cigarettes and really like the look of the Greensmoke and ProSmoke... apparently they are the closest thing to a real cigarette that you can get from this kind of device.

Only question is: with fake cigarettes is it better to choose a white one or a black one? Im guessing a white one would look less conspicuous outside, but more-so inside.
