nooo I bought a heli and went to do a mary jane run, got back to the dealer and when I landed after getting out the heli slid into a fence and got damaged :(

I ran to get a toolkit and it was gone before I got back :(

was locked and broken so thought it would be safe for 2mins lol

hopefully it's back in my hanger after the reboot or whoever stole it will have crashed it :(

only takes 3 mary jane runs to buy one though

EDIT: YAY it's back in my airport garage

bah I only recorded about a minute but you can see him run off.
some other ocuker will prob back me up as loads of people started complaining about him

He tazed me and another guy for nothing as I was headed to buy a backpack.
tried to fine me $1000.
then I started to record
a third guy even comes along asking what is happening to us, the cop starts shooting towards him for no reason then runs after him and never comes back.

You can say that again, ended up muting about ten people just to hear myself think!

Melbo takes the role-playing a bit too seriously as a cop at times! We lost him in Kavala and when we found him again he was happily walking along with the civilians deep in conversation haha!
 
Had so many laughs in this. Including:-

A guy laying under a car, meowing at me and rolling over.
A guy's model bugging when I restrained him. It looked as if he was possessed, bent into a weird position and floating.

The best is in this video (how do you embed?)


Me and Neil were by a petrol station. Two guys are chatting to one another, thinking we can't hear them. They're discussing their plan to steal the car. We play along, pretending we can't hear them. One of them comes over and is pretending someone stole something from him.
 
grr went for some more mary jane runs last night..

landed at the mary jane farm.

2 mins later someone comes running out of the bush with a gun screaming at me like rambo so I panicked and they shot me. (no cars around so he must have trashed his on the way)

I thanked him for killing me and after he said he only wanted a lift...

so why didn't he just ask that after I landed instead of screaming on voice comms and charging at me with his gun....


went 12km on a quad to reclaim my heli and give him a lift because apparently you can't lock pick helis.


he keeps telling me about others in helis landing to get mary jane.

I eventually pick him up and decide to drop him near the processing plant.

There is already a heli parked on the grass so I decide to hover until they are gone...

they start shooting at me....


GRRR!

survived and dropped him off after they left.

tommorow I'm going to get a big god damn gun and go sit near the mary jane guys and just blast the hell out of any heli's like they did to me...

If you get out of the main noob town (Kavala?) and start doing some jobs it is fun and rewarding. Most of the dicks end up near the Car Shop on the square in Kavala from what I remember.

Did some mining with Garfo and Taz yesterday and already collecting a fleet of vehicles :)

Anyone know where you get the licenses from for drug processing and also do you need a gang license?

We also went up to the rebel base hoping to find some goodies to purchase but doesn't seem to be any shops up there? Do you need to train as a rebel before they become available?

Hahaha - Me and Taz spawned in Sofia and Taz could hear the conversation going on and was telling me that someone was getting tazed lmao

buy the license at the dealer the weed one is 19.5k but you make around 70k a run + whatever you carry in the trunk of your vehicle

you don't need any gang licenses

BTW rebel license seems to vanish if you ever go to prison.
mines gone and that's the only thing I can think of (jay killed me at the airport , I told the cops and they killed him , I saw jay in kavala 5mins later so ran him over :D)

I saw melbo last night all the way near the airport camping the drug dealer just after my heli went missing.

I suspect he despawned it rather than someone stealing it seeing as I was told later on you can't lockpick them ...

he searched me and I had drugs but he didn't bother arresting me lol

I was wondering when you were going to post this! I was there for all of 5 minutes. Camping indeed. Thought I would check it out seeing as was about to log out. The only heli I saw was the one that took off so no, I didn't "de-spawn" your heli.

as far as I'm aware you can camp where you want just not the rebel bases?
I parked my heli ar the airport and nipped to the drug dealer this time.
went back to the heli and looted some more drugs to sell.

came back and it had vanished again :S


it was locked and I'm told you can't steal them. (I would have heard it take off anyway I reckon as the drug guy is only 1km away)
it was parked where no cops would be to despawn it.

after it happens the garage says error fetching vehicles.

helis have some weird rule where they despawn if they are in an unloaded grid or something?

BTW with most shops you can sell/buy without getting out of your car, you just have to find the right spot
I tested the outback shop as well and had no issues buying a backbag whilst in a car
I wonder if you can do it with a heli from the roof too

This happened to us with a car as well - we parked it in a not very obvious place near the rebel base and when we came back it had despawned...

Can this be checked as it can be a real PITA if you are miles from anywhere and then don't have a ride back to the nearest city / town.
