RedMongg thank you for that awesome little review snip bit, I'll give the Kings Custard a while longer to steep and probably order some of Loulabelle's Creme Mouleè then go from there. I have some Mrs Lord Custard Creams to work through and others to keep me ticking over.

Does anyone else find that they just don't get on with fruit vapes? I've ordered and have a couple but I just don't get on with the flavours and find myself coming back to dessert flavours a lot more happily.

Dual coils are overhyped. I just think they don't wick well enough to feed the coils juice demand on the bottom fed tanks and that's all there is to it. Not that I really know what I am talking about because I'm a noob, but I have tried everything I can and frankly have given up on them.

Same dual coils in PT3 as Aero so same problem I guess.

Yep PT2 with single coils with the Aero control seems the 'best' adaption so far.

Shame because when it *did* work the Aero was mightily impressive so as you say if the dual coils vastly improve in the future I will revisit.
 
So far, so good with my aerotank. Currently vaping some cinnamon 18mg 70pg/30vg and it's a massive improvement from my old clearos! Obviously I'll see how they hold up over the next few days.
 
To be honest I actually find the basic bog standard mini protank 2 + EVOD battery a really good setup. In the last few months I have had protank mini, IGO-W, AGI, Vamo, Vision spinner etc. I sold all of it and now gone back to a bog standard EVOD 1000mah with a mini protank / cotton at 2ohm. The spinner is convenient and the vamo with dripper had more flavour, but I like the cooler vape of the protank, also the size and convenience. Really it is not "night and day" worse than setups costing 3x the amount. If you have enough experience to get the correct watts and make a decent cotton coil then the biggest difference is the quality of the e-liquid.

Friend of mine picked up an Aspire Nautilus the other day, and he thinks it's the bees knees right now.

Will be meeting him in a couple of weeks for a weekend in London so will get a blast at it then.

I'm currently selling replacement batteries for electric toothbrushes (the ones that appear to be sealed so you think you have to throw them away after the battery won't hold a charge) through my online shop toothbrushbattery.com and as Jimlad was saying I'm looking to expand into other types of battery.
I recognise many of the sizes you mention from my engineering days. So to start with, does anyone know which would be the most popular 2 or 3 sizes to test out the market with? A high-output 18650 and a couple of flat-tops maybe? Or are button-tops more widely used?

Any help much appreciated. :)

On the subject of batteries, I'm after some high discharge 18650s. Sonys or MNKE most likely.

P-vaper have them at very good prices - they legit? Haven't heard much of them before but they're a listed vendor on POTV and have lots of different stuff. Seem good actually.

Dabbling more with dual coils and sub-ohm, nothing mad but would prefer more in the way of slack just for peace of mind.

0.7ohm, dual twisted 0.2mm kanthal and cotton.
 
I ordered a couple of Samsung INR 18650-20r from Fastech the other day rated for 20a. I wanted the Sony VTC4's though could not find them in stock anywhere cheap enough.
Hopefully a nice little upgrade from my Panasonic CGR18650ch's.

I heard similar about them Majnu. Went ahead and ordered two of the VCT3s, can't argue with a fiver for a 20a battery. It's for dripping at home so didn't worry too much about high capacity just C rating.

Please let me know how you get on I found the AT coil performance drops off considerably after the first half a tank and is irrecoverable until a new coil is installed.

I completely agree - have spent a fortune on shiny stuff and really none of it comes close to my original Mini Protank2 and EVOD. I may well just sell the lot and stick with what works. I also prefer a cooler vape. That said despite all this ****ing around I still have not touched a stinking smoke in 3 weeks :)

I've not noticed any significant decrease in taste or performance after 2 tanks of juice but then again this is a huge improvement to what I was vaping beforehand. How exactly does your coil decrease in performance? Less vapour?
 
Had to replace my coil this morning, the seal broke, getting dry hits and wet sucks lol

Anyone know a good place for some ego fit coils? Smokshop do them but just trying to find a good alternative for spares?
