A good indi will get the parts for the same price you do.
Yup, pretty much every independent I've been to just buy from ECP.
Brakes should be no more than around £70 - £100 labour. Parts should be around £80

Try http://www.gsfcarparts.com as well.
Bare in mind sometimes there is sometimes a choice of pads and discs depending on their size and breaks in chassis numbers. You will get the parts for less than £100. It doesn't cost £200 to replace a set of front discs and pads.
Take it elsewhere.
Eurocarparts showing about £35 for each disk and £35 for a set of pads (one axle). So parts alone from them would be £210.00. Leaves £90 to fit, could be about a 2 hour job?
I don't think you'll get much cheaper.
Andi.
Lots of garages won't fit parts they didn't supply - just worth considering.
Never had that myself tbh.
I have because garages make money on parts which forms part of their business model.
I think the bigger reason is the "Yeah I'm sure they are the right ones mate." only to find they aren't and you've now got a half finished job on the ramps while you contact the customer and wait for the right parts to turn up.
2x Disc @ £35 = £70
1x pad set @ 35 = £35
Total = £105?![]()
Thought it was discs and pads all around.

2 hours to change front pads and discs? More like 30 mins (In fact for a garage with a lift and air tools you're probably talking less than 20)
