He excels in longshots and long passing for me, he has both traits and they help a great deal, 5* WF 4* skills and perfect CAM workrates.

It seems the disconnect glitch is ridiculously easy to do and will actually grant you a win if you're leading, score, hold PS button press log out of PS4 then go back to game. If you're losing you won't get a loss if you do it either. Well done EA no wonder coin prices are silly cheap. Think I'll stick to coop seasons and H2H.

Maybe I was using him wrong then, I think I had him as a LCAM rather than MCAM. Anyone can pass in the game, saying someone is great at passing means nothing. I have made 60 yard through balls with Enrique for example no problem.

judging by EA's past they don't care about anything apart from extorting money, they don't care if some people complain. i've bought games on android like NFS and they don't even work when I buy new phones, tablets, etc. No refund and no fix.
 
No, some players are actually terrible at passing, use Iniesta or Xavi and it becomes clear how much the passing stat can help at times. Yes there's those games where all passes just seem to be intercepted but I've definitely noticed high passing stats and players with the trait.

Possession and passing mean nothing if you don't get goals.

I usually have less than 50% of the possession because I look for the forward pass 95% of the time rather than the "safe" pass.

No point playing like Barca if you can't score like Barca.

I prefer to play direct and it's far more exciting, well it is for me anyway than sitting hogging the ball waiting for the opposition to lose shape by chasing you down.

Ha ha.

I just prefer to lose the ball by beating a man than having a pass cut out. At least then I can only blame myself for losing the ball rather than a randomly underhit pass.

Different way of going about the same thing really.
 
I'm absolutely itching to try TOTS Ribery, but can't justify letting Ronaldo go to do it :(

I can say without any doubt now after 30-40 games in the past 4-5 days that I massively prefer normal card Ibra over TOTY Ibra. Its so daft.

I wouldn't bother. The NIF/IF is probably better overall :D.

I agree regarding Ibra. However, the TOTY was better at everything other than dribbling/skilling for me. Which is my playstyle so... to me I prefer the NIF.

If anything though, my MAJOR gripe with TOTY Ibra is that he just didn't feel as strong on the TOTY card as on either the SIF or the normal card :confused: It just made so little sense ! he kept getting pushed off the ball and falling over and this didn't happen in just a few games but literally every single game I played with him, which was about maybe 25 in total. I then re-buy normal Ibra and he's a total beast to knock off the ball again... go figure :( oh and for dribbling...the SIF was the best of the 3 Ibra's that I've had by absolutely miles...strangely! SIF Ibra just had hugely better close control of the ball but felt quite noticeably slower than the normal Ibra card.

I'm curious what you'll notice when you go back to using the normal Ibra on a regular basis again :p other than his power shots from distance, I see pretty much nothing positive about the TOTY Ibra over the normal card, personally.

Anyone used Fernandinho's IF?

You're probably onto something about TOTY Ibra being worse at skilling, slower players it seems easier to do it with bar Ronaldo who has his own running animation.

Suker just looks very tough & well rounded, and not too costly that he cripples the finance like Bergkamp would!

For me he was honking, scored 1 in 6 but missed loads of chances, the one he scored was a bicycle kick that he should never have got weirdly.

Power shout outside the box was hopeless too, he's obviously a poacher and that kind of thing never seems to translate well.

Clichy/kompany/luis/walker

Got SIF Matuidi on the bench too...

Just getting frustrated with my players not reacting, cross spam every game.. Seriously so many times from a corner I'd stop the ball on the line with my defender and they don't react, nothing and the other guy tackles me to score. Figured I'd get out while my coins are worth something.

Also...

I've won 10, lost 2 drew once with the above team with my Ibra team I won like 4 out of 10.
