First off i am new to this forum and if i have done anything wrong please tell me and i'll try and fix it. I was wondering and wanted some advice (as i am not good with computers) if my system is worth overclocking as when i like to play games i like them to look the best they can, I think my PC can handle crysis 3 and BF4 max at the moment but i am not sure. Also i have been getting some stuttering issues on some games such as spec ops: the line, dark souls and skyrim. All minor but noticeable, taken it in to a pc shop several times they've checked everything and stress tested it. So i was wondering if overclocking would help/fix this.

One more random question if i wanted to upgrade in the future, could i just get the same or similar card and use crossfire to get the same power boost as getting a better single card? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

What motherboard, psu and cooler do you have.

Would upgrade the motherboard before clocking. You might manage a mild one but the VRMs on that board are too weak for a decent phenom 6 core clock imo.
