I'll be on later, probably about 8. Who can resist DOM where people don't PTO and instead camp on roofs with sniper rifles all game!!
On another note, when does double xp end? Do Ea leave it a few hours and can you still get it if you don't turn your xbox off like you can in COD?

That's because it's a mans gun, everyone else feels a lot safer with their semi automatic pea-shooters.

Never ended up getting on on Friday afterall. I was initialising my PS4 after Sony asked me to do it before they bring me a new one to be sure it's not a software issue. Took a lot longer than I thought!!
Managed to have a good few hours on Sunday afternoon though on Rush. Think we won about 15/17 games.
Get a Rush service star almost every match (no idea what for) which with double XP and 100% boost was 40,000 points. That with a medal unlock almost every game meant I ranked up like crazy. Even unlocked a couple of shotguns after using them for the first time.
Sony are picking up my PS4 tomorrow and said it could be 5 days til my new one comes so not sure I'll get to be on this week or weekend. Hopefully it comes later this week though.
At least it should be sorted for Second Assault.

i totally missed out on double xp weekend, wish I had known about it, oh well...
Question about burst fire weapons, this is on PS4 can't comment on XB1. Do any of you find when you try to burst twice in quick succession the second burst just doesn't come out? You fire once, hit the guy then stand there like a lemon waiting to get mowed down. Is it the trigger on the DS4? Issue with the game? I thought it might be me just not waiting long enough between bursts but there's times it fires almost full auto then other times I press the trigger repeatedly and the second burst just doesn't come out fast enough. The gun I'm talking about is the M4.

i've not had many issues with burst fire, most likely down to not letting go of the button fully before pressing it again. i don't think it matters how fast you hit it so long as you let go of it fully before pressing it again
Not sure about weekend I only got the xp's yesterday I am pretty sure .

Just a little funny thing that happened to me during the single player campaign. An enemy ran off a bridge then kept respawning and falling faster and faster.

Isn't it on all the time? I'm sure on mine it says ongoing double XP event.
Pretty sure its weekends only, first weekend it said on going, then stopped during the week, then came back this gone weekend.
Haven't been kicked to dashboard since I started playing this online a week ago. But I've been playing conquest today and twice its happened whilst being a passenger in a vehicle... what gives? Are the larger modes more prone to this?

the M320 LVG with that STUPID bouncy ball granede thing needs t be completely removed, is crap like that that makes it look like COD wepaons, WAY over powered and just stupid.

Played some Hardcore earlier and I think I prefer it to Core. Doesn't seem as annoying. Apart from the DMR's. I really REALLY hate those weapons

Yep, had a couple of good rounds with you tonight. Like I said, if we had 5 of us in squad cooperating and one of us as commander talking in the party chat too I think the hardcore would be a walk in the park. Everyone else who isn't coordinated will be blind as they have no map and no enemy indicators but we will have a major upper hand being organised and with a commander talking to us.
Why do you even play this game, all you do is moan about it?
