**** Official Infamous: Second Son ****

Seems this is shaping up to be more of the same which is fine by me - Sony really need to show off more, I think stuff from the media event will be out real soon


Think its slim its gonna be 1080p/60fps sadly :(

Finished both 1 & 2 and thoroughly enjoyed them :)

I have pre-ordered this one and I am looking forward to it, but as I have Dark Souls 2 arriving the week before I think it has taken the shine off Infamous for now.
 
Ah thought you meant the even sillier expensive one :p. Actually have that on preorder - doubt Ill keep it though...

Oh no, I used to be a sucker for these things, convinced myself some were even an investment, how wrong was I. The only ones that are tend to be Nintendo games and the odd JRPG.
 
Soz I meant Ive got the SE ordered, only because of the Cole DLC - doubt Ill keep it, next gen SE/CEs are silly money.

I'm getting my PS4 tomorrow and have Infamous on pre-order.

Never played any of the Infamous games as I'm coming to the PS4 from the Xbox 360, but I'm really, really looking forward to this!
 
In town at lunch time and noticed that the Game store is doing a Infamous Second Son lock in event. Not my thing but might be to others :p
 
Anyone else worried about Infamous HUD, assumed it was just a thing they would change but Ive just watched some footage from the Russian version and its still there...

Main issue I have is that there appears to be no alpha channel for the HUD, also some of the info seems to be repeated (if hes evil/good is on the top left but also shown on his jacket in game)

I can live with the HUD, but hoping it gets finessed...

Been waiting ages for this game, it was the only one at sony's PS4 press conference that caught my interest. Hopefully it lives up to expectations.
 
I really hope they dont do a shadow fall with this, all the buzz about visuals and not much else

I love the series, 1 over 2, but just remain concerned that this wont deliver for some reason. That said hopefully we havent seen much of what this game has to offer, a few suprises like what naughty dog pull off would be great
 
If this is as good as 1 and 2 with better visuals then I'm happy, if it manages to be better than 1 and 2 then we're in for a treat :)

March will be a good month for gaming.
