I've recently installed a GTX 780 ti. All was well for a few hours of use but I've started to experience system freezes, particularly in Skyrim and Metro Last Light. I'm thinking these two are my most GPU hungry games (Skyrim is highly modded) and my PSU may not be able to keep up.
These crashes occur by the game freezing and no ability to exit (Alt-Tab or Ctrl-Alt-Del). I end up having to force shutdown by holding the power button.
My spec is as follows:
CPU COOLER: Noctua NH D14
CPU: Intel Core i5 (i5-2500K) OC to 4.5GHz
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 (B3) Motherboard Intel Core Socket 1155 Intel Z68 Express SATA RAID ATX Gigabit LAN (rev. 1.0)
Graphics Card: Gigabyte 3x Windforce OC GTX 780 ti
Memory: Kingston 8GB (2x 4gb) Memory Kit 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 240-pin DIMM with Intel XMP Support
Power Supply: Corsair CX600 V2 Builder Series 600 Watt 80 PLUS Certified Power Supply Unit
Any help appreciated
