I've been using salamence in my 2v2 battle maison team. People will pull one out I think. I can send you one if you want. Cost you q heart scale or pp up! ivs are 31/31/31/30/31/31 so hp electric. Has wish as an egg move, hypervoice tutor move and another move I forget and yawn.

oh yea hypervoice goes through protect too so .. umm.. its pretty useful for annoying opponents trying to stall with protect.

Dont know if some of you know but dont ask for event legends as the game wont actually allow you to trade them over the GTS. So if you are asking for a Genesect/Darkrai or something you will never ever get one.

Nice, thanks. I think I have a PP Up actually let me check later and let you know and I can add you as a friend etc.

By the way. Celebi. I downloaded Poke Bank, went through everything and got gifted the 100 pokemiles or whatever via poke link but how on earth do I get Celebi? I seen nothing relating to it at all.
 
Looks like there's another new Pokemon to be downloaded soon...I wish they had more of these more often..

I know Celebi has been released but it doesn't seem special because everyone and their Uncle has one now and the Promotion ends in such a long time so its not very limited.

And before that was Torchic which lasted around 3 months. I want to have a Pokemon and feel special that's is rare and not that many other people have it, is it possible?

For me battling against someone who's got a very rare pokemon will be so much better or even If I had one which not a lot of people had would make it so much better for me.

You have to go back into Pokebank for the 2nd time and they will tell you about it and then it will be in one of your boxes.

I'm hoping its not just a download, and there is actually some questing to do. The whole powerplant thing still needs to be revealed for instance.
 
I need someone to trade with to get a scizor and porygon 2... Anyone add me up if you want and I guess I can get some friend safaris done, of which I know nothing as I've just beat the pokemon league last night, which I have to say was a cakewalk.

Finally got my hands on a 3DS XL and Y, started playing and then spent like an hour on wondertrade (it's addictive). I was a bit of a scumbag and traded all the low level, early route pokemon to see what I could get. Got quite a few foreign level 1 pokemon with good abilities which I actually wanted for my final team.

I'm just at Lumiose City now, but I'm curious, what's the best way to level up these level 1 pokemon. Is it just grinding on wild pokemon with EXP share on or is there a trick like there was in Black+White 1/2 with Audino's type thing?

Best thing to honestly do is just go through and enjoy the story. Once you beat the pokemon league etc and finish with story mode you can go to route 19 with those lvl 1's in your party and just smashing random wild's with EXP share levels them up very quickly.

Thanks for the offer, just found out my sister has pokemon so I'm trading her today.

She's going to start again so I bred a bunch of pokemon for her and infected them all with pokerus.

If anyone wants/needs pokerus I can trade something over with it :)
 
I really want to add a lot of legendaries or rare pokemon that you can only get in older generations and wouldn't mind playing through another few pokemon games.

Is it possible for me to play the diamond/pearl generation then transfer the pokemon to the black/white generation then to x/y generation?

Is it possible to go even further back?

You can transfer from the Game Boy Advance titles if you don't mind all the leg work.
 
I picked up a 3dsxl last week with pokemon Y, I'm enjoying it quite a bit actually, much more than I did Pearl & Black.

I'm liking the sheer volume and variety of the pokemon they throw at you, even at the very start of the game. I demolished the fourth gym last night with charizard so it's a little higher levelled than the rest of my part at the moment.

It's good fun doing the wonder trades to see if you get anything special, the first ones I did gave me a dratini, slakoth and a spheal, not a bad trade for a couple of caterpie :-)

GTS is ok, but as usual nearly everyone asks for legendary pokes in return for most trades. I'm having good fun searching through every so often for anybody giving a good deal, almost traded my growlithe for a lvl1 Dialga but somebody beat me to it.

I'm looking forward to try my hand at breeding and set up a few teams to battle online as it's something I've never really done, even though I've had basically all the previous games. It's probably a job for much later in the game though.
 
It's actually a possibility I might pay for the pokemon bank... I have amassed a lot of pokemon and once I have finished black 2 I plan on starting y again with choice Pokémon.

I gather if I complete y again I get a new yveltal that I can then trade for the x mascot as well as umm... The z pokemon who's name I forgot and another mewtwo?

Same with black 2? Then I might go for Diamond and pearl.

I've got loads of new pokemon from breeding then wonder trading and I've already got a lot from black 2. I think I'm at about 440 in the pokedex.

Put it over 60hrs on Y when I got it for Christmas, didn't put anyattention on EVs as I just wanted to complete the story. Gf bought me X and I haven't touched it :(
Was thinking starting over Y and have some sort of plan...
Not sure about X yet haha
 
Just bought X, my first Pokemon game ever! About an hour in now and enjoying it, although unsure exactly what I'm doing at times though :)

Am I too late to the game series? Should I stop now on X, and start on an earlier game to get more understanding of the mechanics of the game?
