As a side bet I stared with £25 yesterday on Bayern -1 = £37.37 pot

Rolled this (37.37) on to Barca/Spurs Double today @ 1.4

Going for a £25 to £1000 challenge.

Only other letdown was Fiorentina which lost me £150 but overall a decent outcome :)

I'm sure in the old betting thread you announced a few stupidly large single bets. I cry at the thought at some of the bets you've put on. Don't think I've gone bigger than a tenner :p
 
Think my worst was the £1400 I had on Dortmund against Malaga in last years CL.

Malaga went 2-1 up in the 83rd minute so I cried and took a £50 cash out. Cue two late goals to give Dortmund the win. I'd have had about £3500 had I not cashed out for £50 :(
 
Most I've bet is £350 but it's all subjective and relative. A tenner bet is fine but it's not going to win you anything substantial unless it's unlikely to happen which means you're chasing a losing cause. £350 on odds of <1.5 however is quite different.
 
I lost £4000 on Villa to beat Millwall in the FA Cup last season. That was when I'd had a few winners to build up my bank roll and had visions of being sat here posting from my private yacht by now...

Put £25 in and got a £25 fee bet so happy to keep my own £25 starting pot going for now knowing that I've got a £25 free bet to come whatever happens.

Nothing floated my boat yesterday nor today - will wait for tomorrow and see for bet 3.

Ah thought they might have been a total somewhere. Done mine from when I began back in 2012 but didnt bet too much back then but I have bet £196 and won £485.95 so a profit of £289.95 but I use other accounts too so probably just breaking even to be honest if that
