Lost ITV1 HD

Up until a couple of weeks ago I managed to get ITV1 HD off freesat by manually tuning my Panasonic TV. Now all I get is no signal. I've tried retuning and setting my post code to a London one, but still the same.

There's another channel marked ITV1 HD in the list as well but it's no signal as well.

Is it gone for good or am I missing something?

Not particularly helpful. But I have freesat, since 2 days ago, and I get ITV HD at the moment.

I noticed mine had gone....So I ran auto tune again and it came back maybe it's moved onto a different frequency.

I'm surprised at how much better it looks on my humax 1010s than on Sky too. Have you tried to retune? Set your postcode etc?

Yeah tried retuning and setting an English postcode (before I got it even with a Scottish postcode ).

I still can access all the SD versions of it, it's bloody annoying.

Sorted, just realised it's now part of the actual Freesat guide, rather than hidden away on the satellite like it used to be.

For your information. They changed transponders on Sky. You can only get Ulster TV HD. Irish adverts. \o/

Shame about Sky though. It's Irish or nothing. Can't get over having ITV1 for years.

So Freesat isn't accessable through Sky at all, or are you stuck as being registered in Scotland?

To be fair, they did have The Americans. But really, one programme does not a good channel make.

If so are you sure it's ITV HD and not STV HD?

I can only get STV in HD.

It's defintely ITV HD, originally I just did a manual tune to get it, but it's now on the actual Freesat guide, but I do have a English postcode entered which maybe makes the difference.

I use ITV to get the FA cup games.

I'm using Sky and manually tuned into STV HD through the add channels function.

I can get ITV in SD on channel 900 and something and STV in SD on 103 (the normal channel).

I should be able to manually tune ITV HD then, will need to google and see what pops up

Didn't even realise STV had gone HD on Sky now, heard it was coming but thought it was a while away yet.

Sky have gotten rid of the manual way of accessing STV HD.

So now I have SD STV and SD ITV.

I have now though managed to manually add HD UTV (irish version of ITV/STV).

So i'm in scotland and cannot get STV in HD or ITV in HD but I have now manually added UTV in HD.

I did use to have STV in HD through manually adding it.

Seems like a lot of jumping through hoops for nothing
