I had a problem, well several problems with a recent build and although i'm a big fan of OCUK i made my first ever complaint and was ready to throw in the towel with them, but the complaint was handled beautifully, received a great reply from one of the (can't remember the name) managers which brought everything to a full resolution and BOOM they have my full confidence again, at the time i was going through some awful customer service from a competitor who even to this day have more or less mugged me off and it made a awesome change to actually feel like a company listened to me and had my best interests at heart.

Just saying it now, we have ran out of Haribo.
We have 58 pallets ordered, so no doubt people will start getting Haribo again soon. No need to start any riots.

I'd like to chip in I think it is absolutely unacceptable that everytime I have a problem OCUK sort it out, Like when I bought my GPU from them and they sent me not only harribo but upon opening the box and not having an adaptor in it (Thanks asus) I had to call OCUK
now I was prepared to pay for the adaptor but they wouldn't take my money they sent it free.. with more harribo can you believe the cheek?!
