I had a problem, well several problems with a recent build and although i'm a big fan of OCUK i made my first ever complaint and was ready to throw in the towel with them, but the complaint was handled beautifully, received a great reply from one of the (can't remember the name) managers which brought everything to a full resolution and BOOM they have my full confidence again, at the time i was going through some awful customer service from a competitor who even to this day have more or less mugged me off and it made a awesome change to actually feel like a company listened to me and had my best interests at heart.
