Female paedophiles have it easy?!

There's a difference in the laws broken here. Male sex offenders break laws based on penetration, now obviously a woman can not (I forgot the wording of the legal definition as set out by one of the laws around this) but it says something along the lines a woman shouldn't be able to penetrate an anus, mouth, vagina etc. however it takes note that a strap on could be used.

I'm quite surprised about the low sentence though.

What if she sticks a finger up his bum?

This is serious.

We need to track this student down

and give him his "Luckiest Boy in Britain" medal right away!

I think its gonna mess the kid up a fair bit.

As soon as he gets to "big" school he is gonna want to bone any skirt that lets, or maybe not lets, him.

Most guys dont become sexual predators till there mid/late teens ?

I foresee a string of illegitimate kids and young girls, their lives ruined by them.

Edit: Ooh 5 years ago... so how is he now ? :)

Yes i remember reading something ages ago in a similar case.... in the eyes of the law a woman cannot rape due to having no penis... she can commit sexual assault but as law classes rape as the penetration of the body by the offenders penis, it is impossible for a woman to be charged with it!

Crazy laws need changing.... im sure some men like myself have been on a bender and woken up at 4am in bed with a girl you dont even know and she is "entertaining" herself without even asking... thats rape surely? but as a man you are expected to just accept it.

There's no need to change the law. Sexual assault is sentenced in line with rape (despite what someone said earlier). Although the females can't be convicted of rape the difference is fairly academic.

I have to say from what you've written I'm quite angry about this...I mean what's she going to learn from that apart from a few melodic and catchy tunes?

What will she gain from the experience???:mad:

How does a woman have sleep with an 8 year old boy? I guess there is oral sex but is that "sleeping" with someone?

I suppose in the eyes of the law it's any sexual contact?

Technically the Sexual Offences Act 2003 prohibits any sexual activity under the age of 16, this strictly includes anything up from kissing (although the CPS would be highly unlikely to charge for that unless there are significant aggravating factors).

So the moral of the story is, of you're a guy and want to abuse an 8 year old girl for years one end and only get a very light sentence then just make sure you don't stick anything inside...

Wait... That's not going to be the case is it...

Although in this story it sounds like the woman had mental problems, perhaps a mental age much lower than her actual age?

I wouldn't like to make a judgement unless I've seen the sentencing transcripts. There could be many reasons why the sentence is at the point set.
