Seriously though, why would you bother? It's not that much hassle going to a webpage and pasting the URL.
It's just a shame when you go through a hilarious gif thread and see nothing but dead imgur links. I guess I'd rather put in 3 seconds extra effort to benefit others.

This is what I'm 'blithering' about:
I'm not being funny, but pressing 'upload' > dragging said image into the browser > then pressing image thumb > then pressing either Direct or Img > ctrl-V > then parsing URL off the above link ISN'T easier than using FTP goddammit Leroy lol
Why are you faffing about like that? All I do is Right Click > Imgur > Quick upload and then it's one click to copy the already tagged link and another to paste it here.

With the Chrome plugin you can also set imgur to automatically copy the link to the uploaded photo straight to your clipboard, so actually all you have to do is right click > rehost image > paste link.
Trentlad can keep his link perpetuity for that kind of convenience
