Nah - didn't work. Looking like it's busted. What do i do to pad a loose battery out? Put a piece of card in and the battery?
 
Amber update for O2 phones is now out. Hit those update buttons chaps!!

Quite impressed with some of the new features. Although I cant see/find the 'double tap to wake' option anywhere. Is this supported on the 620?

It's okay, can't expect much for that price. Not the most sturdiest, phone moves and wiggles around in it, after time the swivel wears out, so when you hit a pot hole or go over humps it can move out of place. The suction also leaves some annoying marks on windscreen. On the plus side it is nice and compact and easy to use.
 
I just wanted to thank everyone in this thread for putting the Lumia 620 on my radar when asked by my wife to find her an entry level smartphone that isn't too big. It's really well priced, and whilst it doesn't have the highest specs, it does have a lot of functionality and can do all kinds of clever stuff.

The best bit is the OS which is very slick, easy to use and looks great. I'm very impressed with WP8, especially as I don't like the metro interface on a desktop PC, but the WP8 equivalent is really good on a touchscreen phone. More importantly, the wife loves it to bits.

Nokia could easily have made the bulky cover on this give the phone way more of a professional classy look, look at how it looks minus the case:

Looks and feels great like this. Wonder if there are 3rd party cases with a thinner form factor...
 
You don't have to go much except go into settings and check for updates, network depending on whether its available from them or not yet.

Please go to settings -> about. Give me the carrier name and full firmware number.

Then go to extras and info and give me manufacturer name, mobile operator & configuration ID.
