Point it out then, I genuinely can't see it. Only what seems to be a reflection of a white line.

At a glance I'd presume he means this:

Think it's a reflection though

Gentlemen a little help for my neighbours car please?

Its a 14 plate (she's had it days) yaris and she decided to wipe the Sahara Desert off it with tissue. As you can imagine the car is swirl marked / scratched to buggery and I'm wondering if theres anything that will take these marks out? I'm guessing it may be a machine polishing job?

Looking forward to the weekend after next when I can attack mine with IronX and Clay! Expecting a lot of purple based on these:

It's not a neglected car either! Only had it 2 months in which it had a polish & seal. White really shows up the contamination & fallout.

Benny I need to chat to you about fixing up my wheels. Owner before me could not park to save her life. They're all as bad as this... :(

That is why I will never buy a white car again in my life. It takes me 6 hours just to remove all contaminants. Thats before polishing or waxing.

I'm sure it has been asked a million times but does anybody have any recommendations for cleaning plastic/rubber trim? I was going to pop into Halfords tomorrow and get some Autoglym Bumper and Trim Gel, it's just for the rubbing strips. :)

Aerospace 303 will do most things.

This has probably been answered a few times in here but rather than looking through 102 pages, I thought I'd ask... :p

Could someone recommend a good polish/wax for getting the most out of silver?

I doubt my car has ever been 'detailed' - it gets a quick snow foam every month or so and that's it so, now that the weather is getting a bit better I thought I'd get it up to scratch and spend a bit of time on it at the weekend.

Plan is:
Wash - Snow foam
Shampoo - Gold class
Clay - Meguiars
Polish - ??????? I have some Autoglym Resin but any better recommendations?
Wax/Sealant - ?????????

Not sure wether to use a sealant or wax....or both???? Given that my car hasn't had a proper going over, at least for the past couple of years I've owned it.

Cheers for any advice!

Just picked up a new motor and looking to keep on top of the cleaning.

Never been serious about washing so need to get myself a new setup. This is what I'm thinking of picking up providing Saturday gives me a dry day.

Ken Microfibre Wash Mitt - £2.99
Scratch Shield Grit Guard - £6.09
Wilkos All Purpose Bucket x2 - £1 Each
Meguiars Gold Class Shampoo - £7.99

Kent Extra Large Microfibre Drying Towel - £3.69

AF Foam Applicator x 3 - £1.25 each
AF Tripple - £7.95
AF Tough Coat - £19.95

Decent Kit? Any recommendations or changes?
£53.16 without postage is quite a chunk to start with. Might just grab the cleaning stuff for now and leave the wax til later.
