Bar keepers friend is something very similar. Brilliant glass cleaner too 

Its called Astonish, and its a pound from the pound shop/wilko's, it comes as quite a thick paste, but it works fast and polishes up brilliantly.
Edit - Also need a wheel brush. Wheels are VW Michigan
