1. the best car you have ever owned?
Hard to decide between my Mondeo and my MX5, but I'll say the MX5. Because of the absolute sheer fun factor and how sorted it was by the time I had finished modifying it. The Mondeo is a brilliant all-rounder, though.

It was my first car and it was brilliant and it didn't put a foot wrong, but by virtue of it being the most "inferior" car in my list of cars, it has to apply.

Fiat Cinquecento
Gets my vote for the scariest car I've ever driven. Genuinely thought I was going to die driving it!

7. why was it the worst car you have ever owned?
8. how long did you have it?

1. Skoda Octavia vRS
2. Paid £6500 sold my 306 privately for £800
3. Quite a few... two steering racks, clutch (and dmf), 4 coil packs, 2 springs, secondary air pump, faulty oil level sensor, coolant sensor, lamda sensor and faulty section of wiring loom that took out a whole host of electrical bits.
4. No but I would happily have a mk2.5 one.
5. 5 years
6. Hyundai Pony
7. Rusty, didn't handle, didn't look very nice... but it was my first car so it was awesome by default :p
8. 4.5 years

This is quite a difficult one really. I went for the Octavia overall but I could easily put forward a case for any of the 4 cars I've owned being the best.
Hyundai - Bangernomics, didn't have to worry about it which was quite liberating. Lowest cost of ownership (mainly because it didn't cost me anything).
306 - Most reliable, lowest running costs.
Octavia - Quickest, best interior, best exterior, most comfortable.
MX5 - Great fun with the roof down.

Great as I had just passed my test, but the stereo was worth more than it. It failed its MOT in the end for rust and we got more for scrap than we paid for it. No mod cons its was a dull drive.
