After the nonsense of receiving TWO bgrade items, my Hazro arrives with a backlight issue.

Maybe I am just unlucky.

Anyone got any ideas?

If that's not a shadow then holy crap that's bad.

If it's any consolation, I once had two GPU's (Bought one after another) need replacing (One missing a screw, MSI's QC, and the other died within a day), so unluckiness does happen, even with brand new items.

Yeah, what Martini said, I've had 2 brand new GPUs that were faulty (it was a batch problem though). Maybe it's time to stop buying b-grade though? :p

to be fair, you can only blame the B-grade mistake on OCUK, unless you expect OCUK to open and check every monitor before they are shipped out

Did Overclockers send you B Grade items instead of new? Not the first time I've heard people doing this. Pretty disgusting. Shame you've got another dud. Get that RMA'd and ask them to cover postage. That's awful. Looks like a failure of a strip of LEDs. PS surely they should be testing B Grade items before selling as opposed to just repackaging and hoping for the best. Hope you get it sorted.

The first two items were b-grade weren't they? I don't know what items they are though.

He was given B-Grade, but ordered brand new.
Unless that's what you already mean :p?

Either way, OP really has to get in touch with OCUK's CS, there's not much they can do about brand new duff products though.

I didn't buy b-grade lol. I spent £150 on a NEW MSI mobo and £340 on a NEW Hazro. Both turned up as bgrade. The Hazro box was awful and they guy's RMA slip was still inside. I have a photo of it here

This is the replacement for the first bgrade monitor. It came in a nice Hazro box, which the other didn't. It even has a stand.

As for this, it is not OCUK's fault rather Hazro's. But they sold me it. And they have ruined my build for the second time.

I am so upset. Rage and sadness fill me.

I am now on my 1080p TV that has 16ms response. With two 290s!!!! Epic

To be fair Bailey was his usual very helpful self but I mean, come on, twice???

When you buy a product, check the security seal, everything comes with one, if its broken or not there then send it straight back and ask for one that has an intact security seal.

Sorry about your mis-fortune, it is very frustrating.
