tbh they should be on the phone to you, sending out an immediate replacement while they organise collection of that screwed one.

Mistakes do happen but I can see this is beyond a joke now
 
If it arrived in an as new box and it's just faulty on delivery. Thats really unfortunate. Hopefully OC's will get this resolved quickly for you. Sucks that you have to pay premium to call them as I'd be on the phone personally.

+1. This time around the fault is NOT with OCUK and I have been clear on this. It is just the 'icing on the cake' for what has been a terrible experience. I have now been without a working monitor for 6 days now. By the time they get me a new one, it'll be 9 days. After paying £340!

Bailey is being super-helpful but I just wish they could go outside process and send me a new one today!

I am at LAN on Thursday (ISERIES) and hoping they can bring it along with them. Otherwise I'll need to borrow my friend's 1080p 60Hz screen and that'll be epic fail

Probably goes without saying but get them to test the bloomin' thing before they bring it to you.
 
Badboy I really cant believe this.

Unfortunately we cant help Hazro have supplied us with a faulty monitor however I know it is very frustrating.

However I will on this instance do an advanced replacement for you so you will get up and running before the iSeries so I hope this is ok?

Makes me think twice before ordering anything, not the problems you've had but the premium rate calls.

That shouldn't be a concern. Emails are read just as quickly I'd imagine and are probably a "fairer" system, plus any promises of replacement etc are made in writing rather than "he said you would...."


(I realise that contradicts my post earlier about being on the phone but if it was a once every now and again order then emails are fine but in the OP's instance a phone call would have been better suited IMO)
 
Back to the Bolton based store for me too mate.

I had a really bad experience with that place. Never again. The packer remembers putting my new GFX card in the box but we didn't receive it.

Long story and many days later after proving the exact weight of the received parcel was exactly down on weight by the exact amount of the missing card I was given a refund. Many steps and hoops in between.

What annoyed me the most was the packer definitely remembering putting the card in the box even though he didn't.

I've never used scam again
 
Sending to the iSeries is fine by me but as he has said in the private CS forum he wants it sending to his home address.

So I have done an advanced replacement so he is up and running quicker in time for the iSeries.

Bailey has sorted me a new Hazro to be swapped when this is picked up. I hope you don't mind me mentioning this! It is off-process but a massive goodwill gesture.

Obviously I won't be truly happy until she is in front of me, but nearly there.

I've had a new build in the basket for while now hovering over the buy button,I've read a few things now that have made me question my decision to spend my cash (hard earned that I've saved for 6 months)i guess I'm just a little nervous doing it online again i bought my last system from a competitor based in bolton and had a right bloody nightmare.

My main stuff came from A--z-n last time, hadn't got a problem except that my delivery guy just dumped it on the floor outside my door, anyone could have nicked £800 worth of stuff!
