Rage sold my new IS, I had bought it for historicals.

Utter garbage during the X5 weekend, I was well and truly pwned :(

Think if it hadn't been for our 'toons I would have lost far more games.
 
I just caught up on some films I hadn't got around to watching :)

I'm off work tomorrow though, so will be giving 9.0 a try out (if the servers don't self destruct!).
 
Today isn't going well, just had a T10 game in my E100, they had 3x IS7's wn8's of 1300-1450

We had me and 2 is7's who both had a wn8 of less than 100!:rolleyes:

anyway somehow we won :P
 
Back to the game after about three weeks out and some small patch is now making me crash to desktop immediately after the first black loading screen. Some people are saying it's mods and to delete them, but now I can't remember where all mine are. :(

Do I just delete the res_mods folder?

I've been having some hateful games in the E-100, I was doing quite well in it but I keep getting matches on open maps with 3 arty... and when I finally get a city map I get suicide rushed by a waffle! I'm lucky to get 2 shots off in a match :mad:

I'm hoping 9.0 might be playable on my laptop (8.11 isn't) then I can get a lot more game time in.

Well some mods can mess around in other areas of the install, but generally it's all in resmods. Just try renaming the relevant version folder first? i.e. 8.11_old or something.
 
From what I recall it won't start without an 0.8.11 folder inside resmods, so yes, rename and create a blank one.

I tried downloading it on my NAS - however, it's not responding.... Which means one of several things - my house has been robbed, it's burnt down or everything in my freezer is currently defrosting....:/

would still love to see bigger maps and doubling the numbers from 30 to maybe 64 or dare I say it 128 tanks a game :)

Limit the amount of premium shells IMO.

Can't wait for historical battles for this reason.

If they remove premium shells, OMG E75, STI etc.
