That's the one. Does my head in when you see women use these acronyms on Facebook or elsewhere, just looks stupid.

AF - Auntie Flo (old-fashioned schoolgirl slang for period)

BF - breastfeeding (or best friend or boyfriend, depending on context)
BFP - big fat positive (refers to a pregnancy test)

BM - birth mother or boss mum (what a nanny might call her/his employer)
Boak - Not an acronym, of course. Used by some to indicate a vomit-worthy moment.

Bump - Not an acronym, of course. People sometimes post a message saying just "bump" - as a way of getting a thread back into the active conversations list so that more people see it. Any posting will "bump" a thread back up the list.
CC - controlled crying
CD - cycle day (as in menstrual cycle)
CF - cystic fibrosis
CP - cerebral palsy or chemical pregnancy or chicken pox, depending on the context
DD - darling/dear daughter
DGS/DGD - darling/dear grandson/granddaughter
DH - darling/dear husband
DLA - disability living allowance
DP - darling/dear partner
DS - darling/dear son
DS - Down's syndrome
DSS/DSD - darling/dear stepson/stepdaughter
DTD - doing the deed/doing the dance (having sex)
