Ok so I know this is probably my fault.

But I went on one of those facebook selling pages and bought a PS3 from some lady.

She delivered it to my house and i didnt test it like a prat lol.

Any way it has the wrong hard drive size and the thing keeps over heating.

I contacted her and she is acusing me of tampering with the system and said its sold as seen.

She then blocked me on facebook lol.

Anything that I can do besides go to her house?

Seems like she had a YLOD, fixed it with a heat gun, then sold it off.

If the warranty seal intact (it won't be, I can guarantee it). I'm not iffy about the HDD, she might have changed it. No biggy.
