Are you really allowed to change all the HUD like that? I love that minimalist look but don't want to get banned just got DMG rank.
I've been boosting my saturation for a long time now, started it at 75% then put it up to 100%
third best thing I did after changing my res and dpi/sensitivity.
getting kicked from a comp match for stating the obvious - I love this community!
Dunno why some people play comp games when have zero awareness on anything, just ruins it for people.
I don't mind if your a crap aim providing you acknowledge what is going on, it baffles me that so many players just haven't got even the basics down like bomb planting, corner checking, fire spreads, radar!
What rank are you?
I got a game today where two people TKed because we lost the pistol round. Then the chat was full of 'kick me plz kick me plz' and basically play **** for the first few rounds. We lost the game 16-10 (aprox.) so if they didn't throw away the first few rounds, we would have won.
I've had a break from competitive because of people like this and angry Russians who rage at you.
I wonder why I play FPS games sometimes I get too infuriated with morons.
I mean running straight past the enemy, or looking at them and not realising they are the enemy, asking how to defuse a bomb. please leave competitive and play against bots.
its ok when the idiots listen too me at least I can get them too rush the point and be cannon fodder for me to pick the enemy off.
all I ask is that they play as a team and not act like 5 year old children why is it so hard!
UI
The options menu now has a setting for specifying which command will enable the mouse on the scoreboard. The option has a few presets but any command may be set using the convar cl_scoreboard_mouse_enable_binding directly (e.g. 'cl_scoreboard_mouse_enable_binding +jump').

Bots no longer see through tools/toolsblock_los func_brushes (npc line-of-sight blockers).
Bot maximum vision distance can be set per-map by "Bot max vision distance" in info_map_parameters. Default is unlimited.
Prop doors (prop_door_rotating) that are in the process of opening or closing can be checked to see if they are "Locked" and if so, ignore player +use.

I read your sensitivity is 400 and 2.5 in game, that gives 1000 (in game sens*dpi). Pro players have sens. between 900-1500. Mine is 3500dpi and 1.2 in game, which gives 4200. People think it high, but I feel ok. I seem to play with my mouse and keyboard quite close, so I can't have it higher or I hit my keyboard. I tried the pro player way (top right here: http://oi58.tinypic.com/2dimwyx.jpg)and it doesn't work for me. My hands need to be at the edge of my desk. There is like 5cm between my keyboard and my mouse.
Also, is it true that its better to have a higher DPI, then lower your in game sensitivity. I.e. its better to have 1600 dpi and 1 sensitivity than 800 dpi and 2 sensitivity, because your mouse will register your movement better.
There is no such thing as Pro player sensitivity or a standard sensitivity range that Pro players use. Mouse sensitivity is completely down to personal preference and has no correlation with how good a player is. Experiment with your settings and use what works best for you. Most people that I've ever played in teams with think I play with quite high sensitivity. It honestly doesn't matter at all.
With regards to your DPI question, I believe this to be true. I have maximum DPI on my mouse and then regulate accordingly in game.
I NEED MORE PLAYERS TO PLAY WITH!!! Gold Novas + please (or else it won't be fun for me and for you)
