Thats the one. I only tend to see it with LMGs, and then of course there are the normal brainless nonces that insist on just crouching/proning in a corner with their bipod.

Cracking first day, spent the afternoon buying things for my office. Spent the morning mincing around getting introduced.

Just checked the bank balance and it seems that HMP have paid me a 1.5 months wages, (I was expecting around £250).

What a lovely day it has been.

Glad to hear that you have had a good first day. How many novelty office toys did you buy?

Got an Email earlier saying that I am getting a refund on the 290X, so now I just need to decide what to do next.

I may be up for a few games later or I may play some ME2, depending on what everyone else is doing.

Didn't buy any office toys as I'm bringing in my kid robot riot control figure which will be enough.

Good stuff with the refund, think I could be about to buy my i7, mobo and new screen with all this extra money, depending on what the bank manager says.

Don't you mean wife ;)

I would wait for the Haswell refresh before upgrading. If the rumours are correct then Intel is improving the TIM on the chips so they shouldn't get really hot when OCing.

Agree with this, couple it with one of the new z97 chipset boards. Dont take the chance with the current haswell i7's, and thats coming from someone who owns one.

Seen a fair few people macroing DMRs too :( Dice have some code in there to limit the rate of fire (so it can't exceed the burst rate) but not a fan of that either as in extreme cases it can stop you firing when you need to and doesn't seem to stop those abusing it always.
