The 75% laws figure is debatable yes but it is a hell of a lot.

"75% laws" figure is completely made up. It's 15% according to House of Commons Library (6.8% if you only count UK primary legislation) and 15.5% according to London School of Economics

The "75%" myth stems from Nigel's misunderstanding of something once said by Hans-Gert Pottering. Nigel knows he's wrong, he was corrected enough times to and has been member of EU parliament long enough to know it's not true, but he will use that catchphrase just like all the other made up numbers (like the one claiming entire mainland continent population will inevitably arrive in UK due to common market) or catchphrases (like the "tell that to Britain's fishing industry", despite the fact it was Farage who screwed Britain's fishing industry in EU.

I'm not going to let you get away with that statement, citation needed. Lets see if you can do better than the last person that couldn't back it up

I can do better, I think. I'll let UKIP members tell you:

For starters there is the infamous Alan Sked's claim of Farage dropping n-word bombs before cleaning up for big game. Look it up, bottom of the wikiquotes

Then there was the pre election cleaning of the closet

We all heard the infamous "white working class" remark first hand in Clegg vs Farage on BBC a month ago.

And then there is this thing from one of members just few hours ago

"The British-born Indian poster girl" I do not understand why they use phrases like this, she is British is she not? Born in Britain, live and worked in Britain so why add the Indian part.

This forum gets worse.
UKIP Majority. OcUK have you gone ****ing mad?

Me.. I will be voting for the Green party, for the first time. Not as a default choice, but as a positive one. Not as a wasted vote, but as a vote that may add to their already significant 45 MEPs and make a genuine difference. Not as a protest vote against the establishment, but as a strong voice of resistance against the politics of hate peddled by so many others.

The Green party of course don't have any policies of hate....

...unless you're a motorist, an airline passenger, a nuclear power scientist, a farmer, anyone with money etc etc.

Because she's ethnically Indian?

But she is British so what has her parents ethnicity got to do with anything? I just do not see the need to include the Indian bit, it doesnt make her opinion more justified imo. If she thinks they are racist fair enough but they have added the British born INDIAN to try and stir up more readers. I just do not see the need to lable her a British Indian, as far as i am concerned she is British so why label her something else?

Because people do. The same people say theyre half italian or whatever despite never actually being borntheir.

Please don't do this whole "oh my god, why do they say he's African American, Jimmy has never been to Africa or even leave Louisiana" schtick, it's old and tired and very last century.
