Have to say I was quite excited to get it, usually wear a tag or a nice accurist but something nice about going retro.... made a error of not realizing it wasn't water proof though.

They pretty much are. A mate of mine wears one and doesn't take it off to wakeboard, he's had it for two or three years and it's fine. Unless you're going diving I wouldn't worry about it.

Well it's £8 so you're probably not worried anyway but I mean I don't think it will break.

In action:

I really like this tripod, I looked through a number of travel options and for the price this seems to have been the best. The head is pretty nice, the leg tech is a bit different but great to use and it's very light and compact.
