It's called something else.

The definition of racism makes no mention of the race of the participant.

Was it an official met spokesperson who said that or just an off the cuff by a random copper? The is a slight difference.

Also, lets not go down the fallacy of appeal to authority. It doesn't matter who said it, it does matter what evidence there is to back it up.

I stopped reading there as you've no facts what so ever to back that claim.
Hold on, what about the black UKIP members like these

http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2014/may/13/ukip-black-candidates-ethnic-minority-vote-croydon

are they racist! you can't have it both ways to suit your agenda.
I've posted studies showing social attitudes by voting preference before - people who vote for UKIP are statistically more likely to be racist.

This should not be a surprise. Think of it this way, if you were a massive racist - who would you vote for? (taking into account BNP don't have candidates in most areas).

Secondly, I never said that all UKIP voters are racist, or that even a majority of UKIP voters are racist. I simply said that they have a higher percentage population than the rest & that people who hold racist attitudes are likely to vote for a party with a staunch anti-immigrant policy.

Also, since when does being black mean a person can't be racist? - racism isn't just something white people do. You're racist to suggest that black people can't be racist. :p

That's fine, but saying it isn't enough, I want a source.

.

http://www.met.police.uk/foi/pdfs/disclosure_2013/feb_2013/2013010000160.pdf

The source is data that was released in response to a Freedom of Information request by the Metropolitan Police. According to this, there were 27,725 arrests of Romanian nationals in the five years covering the period 2008 to 2012. (In fact, owing to a change in recording methodology, data for 2008 only covers the months April to December, so may underestimate the total for this year.)

Good enough for you?
I was slightly out over 90%.

. While the headline number itself is accurate – only Polish nationals were arrested more frequently in this period

There are no words....
If only.

You presented the "I have black friends" argument, by implying that due to the fact UKIP has members who are not white - that implies they are not racist.

This is clearly fallacious as racism & xenophobia (also stupidity/voting against their own interests) crosses all social groups & races.

Please don't quote newspapers as sources, they simply aren't reliable enough. The FIO request isn't a good statistic as below

Being arrested for something does not mean you are guilty of it. You need stats on foreign nationals that have been convicted.

Foreign nationals are more likely to be arrested due to language barriers meaning that identity needs to be confirmed.

No. You thought this and thought that turned it around on it's head so it suites your agenda. You always do it.

Back topic.
