Aranging own courier for ebay win

If I was the seller I'd be contacting Ebay and Paypal and advising what to do when the buyer is a time waster who has no commitment to fulfil his end of the contract.

and the seller has fulfilled this the second he hands it over to your appointed agent, ie the courier you hired to bring you the item, after that it is between the courier and you.
