They want to treat people from all nations exactly the same. They want to manage immigration based on the skills and value to the UK of the people coming into the country. (Just like Australia or the US do for example)
The other three parties want to discriminate against non EU people. They want to discriminate, for example, against Indians based solely on their nationality.
I actually agree with you here to some extent. However, the point that the discrimination hinges on is locality, not race. Yes, you could argue that you discriminate because Indian people are not as easily allowed in as Europeans, but nor are Europeans generally thousands of miles away.
They simply don't equate.
