Because I have a remote to turn it on/off. Going via the monitor/PC means reaching back behind the two to switch on/off when desired. The new strip doesn't have inline power switching either!

Nothing super amazing, just another 16GB memory card for my camera ready for my upcoming Euro roadtrip to Nurburgring :D

Slowly getting to grips with my freebie camera too after watching a ton of youtube videos and taking snaps of absolutely EVERYTHING. Haven't yet had a chance to try any moving subjects in shutter priority mode so they'll either come bad, or real bad :p

I don't get this.. It just looks like a bunch of toys/clutter, aren't we a little beyond this kinda stuff now?

Just a couple of goodies to look forward to, to keep our inner geek happy! :) Harmless stuff. No real difference between any adult collecting anything really.

Fixing the world, one review at a time!

I used the same reactor on my marine setup, best thing you can do is have it pump very finely filtered water or remove the two black mesh filters, it will block up within a couple days!

I had the inlet pump right after a 50 micron filter sock and it would still block up, plus I had to clean the sock out every day.

Went back to a 200 micron sock and removed the black filters then had no problems. It would go a few weeks before blocking up and I needed to change the rowaphos by then anyway.

Picked up a 2014 Triumph Street Triple. Sold my Ducati 848 Evo to move to a naked style bike and having buckets of fun. So much more fun round the tight twisty NZ roads...
