In game the modwl is the 97T not 98.

1:06.794 on the Brands TT, seems to be the best I can get I know I can get into the 1:05's.

I golded Brands hatch by hundredths and gave up. Tried to go back but it was too painful on corner 1 to improve.

Anyone got the Platinum Trophy on this yet? How is it compared to the GT5 Platinum (nearly impossible).

From my point of view based on playing both games I'd say it's easier to get on GT6 because it's easier to get gold in the licences compared to GT5.

Not that I attempted to get it in GT5 nor probably in GT6.

I've only had an hour or so play, Got 2 suits worth 400k or summit & that Ford but I have silvered the Lotus one but not Gold yet.

One thing I was pleased about was how much better these cars sound, less tyre squeal more grunt etc.
Then I go back to one of my other motors & have a spin around the ring & **** ***** **** *** & ******** ******* & ********* have to use ******** bonnet view as that's the only view with less tyre squeal & the only way I can play it. :mad:

Why can't they patch out the tyre squeal the dismall ****** **** ******* ***** ********* & ************ ******* *** ****** *****. :mad:

Rant over.

I posted the link to the trophy guide, as it explains exactly what's required to get each trophy. That would give you an idea of what's involved and how easy or hard you'd think it was.

The only race I struggled to get gold in so far was the Red Bull Kart's final race. That probably took five or six attempts.

Obviously there may be tougher challenges ahead as I'm less than half way through the main career tiers of races.

I've managed to get this far by only buying the Honda fit you're forced to buy at the start. And without tuning any of the prize cars I've used so far. Over 17 million credits in the bank.

24 Hr races needing to be won put me off the GT5 platinum tbh! you can glitch it if you don't install any patches.

Just bought my second car, well the 100 Kart.

Managed to complete 45% of the game and collect 249 stars before my second purchase.

Unlucky, I tried to use a variety of cars to sample more styles and enjoy the races! Not fond of the wet or shifter kart races though.
