hey
As we all know some steering wheels can suffer from a sort of melting caused by heat.
This is evident in the Clio Mk2 Cars.
I bought a second hand wheel that had both thumb grips in great condition but the leather has suffered some melt in places, Which i don't like.
I'm looking into a way to remove this melt and bring back a nice smooth finish to the leather on the cheap (<£20).
Does anyone have any idea on how to remove the melting effect and finish the leather off nice? Its off the car so i can take my time on it if need be.
My Plan is to make it look and feel nice and then do the same to my original wheel and replace its thumb grips.
Thanks All
