If you find you have to start again, click game options under start game then click quests and you should have access to all the quests upto where you completed previously.

I've saw a few people mention they were back at the start, but when they checked their quests they were unlocked :).
 
I wouldn't worry about it tbh, for me the 1st few maps are some of the best ones in the game, plus it'll only take a couple of hours (tops) to get to the Skeleton King anyway.

If you explored every part of each level/map clearing all mobs, it will take some time. However most just do the main quest objectives and move on. This should allow you to move forward that much quicker.

One thing about exploring and talking every NPC and backstory. it will unlock achievements.
 
I think toads damage is negligable really when your Garg and Dog are hitting for 100m, but it wont hurt since you're going for fire damage anyway. I'd personally just see it more useful to keep everything feared than adding 10K dps but horses for courses.

How did u get a rhen ho so quickly?

Been hunting for a decent wd weapon for ages. I do only average about 10 - 15 hours a week

:D just finished Act V :D was a pretty fun story line, now just trying to get too lv70 quick, lvl 61 currently.

Edit: Just got a Lv61 weapon and dayam, got more then 5x damage.

Also not sure what to do about my offhand, I do have Ukhapian serpent but thing of the deep gives me 10% damage with gargantuan.

Should I keep gambling for some better tasker and theo?

Hard going, pshhh, it's still easy mode at 800+. I played RF Online back in the day and level 49-50 took a solid month. Was doing 2-3% a day on average playing all day :D

Just had an insane rift level. The mob density was crazy. It was only a small map yet there must have been about 15 elite packs. There was one point where literally the entire screen was just full of mobs. Don't know wtf happened but it seemed like the game automatically lowered the resolution because the framerate dropped so low.

Kind of annoying the variation you get in mob density on rifts. Some levels you have literally as little as 20 something mobs with no elite packs.

Yep, there are some amazing rifts. All rifts should be a bit crazy IMO, like the maps in Path of Exile.

They're sorting the density in 2.1 though to make it more consistent.
