Grill some chorizo sauasages. Print some small Uruguayan flags, stick ‘em onto cocktail sticks then into sausages. Serve with some sliced Gruyerito (Gruyere to us plebs).....

Somewhat scarily, I agree with DMPoole. I can't even name a Uruguayan dish (other than a steak sandwich, seemingly) let alone compare that to what all my family and friends like to eat!
