Is this SSD a good buy - or not???

Looking for an ssd for my laptop. I have had one in my desktop for a long time now and it's blazing fast as a result.

Is there something wrong with this drive? It's so much cheaper than the others in the 480 - 500gb category.

If it's proper Toshiba, yes.
If it's OCZ rebrand, no.

I personally would buy mx100, extra 1 year warranty and much better reliability record with crucial. for maybe 20 quid extra.

Thanks for your reply. I was looking at the crucial too. What's the difference between the 100 and 500 crucial ranges?

MX100 is replacement for m500, which should be EOL now.
