Has anyone had a bike fit at Sigma Sports before? my friend bought me a bike fit for my birthday and i was wondering if its a good place to have it or perhaps an alternative recommendation?

Quick question which may seem obvious to find but my google skills are failing me, what time do the Tour de france stages start UK time. I thought midday but someone here at works says 9am ?!?!?

I know the feeling. Squats and deads yesterday. Cycling in was painful and I imagine my lunch ride is going to be about 2mph slower than yesterday :s

Glad I'm not the only sadist. I've actually been putting it off for a while, first time I've done squats/lunges/deads in about 3 weeks, so it's really going to hurt tomorrow and Friday!

my week goes -;

monday-friday commuting ~25miles/day + wednesday arms/shoulders
saturday - back/chest day
sunday - legs
monday back to commuting..

so a day/week of rest!

and my leg day is killer IMO.

Monday legs feel like jello.. come friday and I feel seriously weak.

Lol :D I also had a break for a few weeks and going back was crazy painful. Everyone in work was surprised when I came back from cycling London to Paris without seeming too broken. Then a single day in the gym meant I couldn't walk properly for three days :s

I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5 so it's squats tue, thu, sat and deads one or two of those days too :S Combined with getting very few rest days and 40+ miles per day I sometimes wonder how on earth my legs haven't fallen off yet :s It's quite amusing watching my average speed decrease by 0.5 mph per day until I'm basically crawling along by the weekend though :p

Sat - Weds 12 mile hilly commute
Monday - Chest + Biceps
Tuesday - Shoulders + Triceps
Weds - Legs + Back
Thurs/Fri - 20 mile flatish commute

No wonder I'm always hungry.

that's my leg day for e.g..

That gif hits it on the head grudas, its a real stabber in the quad.

I did Squats, 8x60kg 8x80kg, 5x100kg, 7x80kg, 5x80kg, 5x80kg
Kettlebel walking lunges, 20kg bells, 3 x 10 each leg
Hamstring curls - 10x45kg, 10x55kg, 10x65kg, 10x60kg
Deads 5x5x100kg

Then moved onto a back workout. Definitely going to need help lowering myself to poop later.

Look in the other tour thread on here and there's some links to sites with the times on. They start in the afternoon.

no idea what I was doing today !
up at 6am this morning to go out on the bike
ended up in an area I didn't know, looked down at the distance and I was already at 30 miles, so set up the Garmin to sat nav me home, and instead of going left at the roundabout and going left at the next one, sat nan said straight on ! so I went even more miles

ended up doing 45 miles in the end !
lovely day, and lovely picturesque place I went through too :)
