Is the Resogun DLC automatically downloaded as it isn't on the store and has a countdown clock on the info page of the game...
Yeah, but I don't think the ps button works.
I could still use my DS3 for that. It's the sticks and triggers that are going awry.

Gamestop has one for £40, but then it all falls down to how much you trust gamestop...
Only some games. Not very many tbh. And it has to be plugged in the whole time, vibration and motion control doesn't work either.
I tried a Ds4 with GT6. PS button doesn't work, rumble didn't work but the rest did.
and you do need a long USB cable or sit very close to your Ps3.

Bought myself a PS4 the other day.
Kind of think it's a backwards step as far as media content is concerned!.
On the PS3 I'd just use Universal Media Player on my PC, and the PS3 would just connect and stream, and off we go!.
On the Xbox 360 I'd use Windows Media Centre (Yeah, that I paid for on Windows 8)
Whereas with this? Urgh...

Think its a common problem, and many have complained about
Hopefully should be included in a future firmware update
It's not a problem, its just not there. How people go out and spend £350 on something without even a little research to check it has features they require is beyond me.
It will likely be added in the future, but when? Who knows.

I should have researched, however, this generation of consoles have been shown to be more multimedia focused than prior generations, so it's beyond me why basic features supported on 7 year old PS3 aren't in the PS4, that's the true crime. I mean I literally run Universal Media Server on my PC and my PS3's able to play stuff off it as easy as pie.
And it arguably is a problem.
I'll just use my Tablet and stream to that, but meh.
From reading the Xbox One doesn't support WMC streaming? That's ridiculous! Arguably a more heinous crime than the PS4's current craptacular lack of streaming.

you can use plex web if you must stream from a Ps4. I think with Smart TV's and tablets, phones with HDMI etc a games console media steaming isn't as important, but some do like to have one device controls all. I do however find it comical that the xbox one which is meant to be the one device doesn't have media streaming, the Ps4 was never marketed as a media center - was from the start meant to be just a games machine... Which it does pretty well however give it time.. Ps4 will have MP3 and media streaming in the future..

In fairness the One allows me to stream content from my phone and pc through avia/skifta e.t.c over dlna. Sony need to address the issue.. I agree that next gen isn't even last gen in several different areas, that goes for both consoles.
