OK, so what age does a woman have to be before rape becomes "twice as nasty"? Why is she more likely to be physically damaged? Are you saying that psychological damage doesn't matter? Again: why does age matter? Rape is rape is rape.
I don't understand how you cant see what we are saying.
What age does a woman have to be before rape becomes "twice as nasty" I don't know? I guess a persons physical and mental health isn't 100% defined by age but i expect a 90 year old to be pretty frail. I don't even know why i'm replying. Why does society get so
wound up about child rape or is that the same as a 30 something woman being attacked? I guess I stereotype, to an extent, that <16 year old and >65/67(retirement age) years of age are still big mile stones in our lives and attach a level of sentiment that you don't. I think 70 80 and then 90 are the next major milestones if many live that long.
Why is she more likely to be physically damaged? If i go push 100 people down a flight of stairs of all ages I can promise you the worst effected will be the older people who's bodies are more frail and less able to repair themselves. Ever heard of hip replacements. An older persons body is not going to be able to cope with the potential aggressive nature of the attack as well as a younger one. Again why am i even answering this?
Are you saying that psychological damage doesn't matter?
Where did you pluck this one from ? Its quite horrific to have to rationalize psychological damage on people but if I had to, which It seems you need me to, ill try to. IF you
had to traumatize, why am i even answering this, a group of people it would probably be accepted, by a logical group of humans that the victims of an older age would be the better choice, because they had lead fuller, longer, lives and were closer to dying. That is cold hard human judgement.
Again: why does age matter?
Well in Western society we tend to revere and care for the young and the old. I guess not so much these days, we put them in OAP homes and wait for them to slip away out of sight.
Rape is rape is rape
Murder is murder is murder except which murder is worse
7 year old Child being murdered at school.
40 Something man being murdered at his office job.
90 year old pensioner murdered in their home, asleep in her bed.
Ill wager parents of young children will go for option 1, most others 3 or 1. Very few will pick 2 or say. Murder is murder is murder.
Please don't come back thinking i'm justifying rape or trivializing it. All i'm saying is when the hideous crime happens to the more dependent, weaker members of society it amplifies the severity as it also raises questions of our failure to care for them.
You must be super stone-cold or have some letter combination to not get what im saying after that wall of text.
