I'm down by 140 pounds.

It's funny, mods always look different to how you expect them to look like, from their posts.

That said, you've done a cracking job, now keep it up.

Having met you irl a few times now, even having a posh dinner & all that there is no way I would have recognised you.
I can't praise you enough mate which is why I've come back to give another Well done.
Your Missus & Kids must be well proud of you.
Thanks 4T, that means a lot!

I even had the sexy black shades in those days....

I've mentioned the skin thing already but I'll repeat it. Yes, I have some loose skin but it's not too bad and I'm certainly not worried about it at the moment and I don't have any plans just yet to even consider getting it removed.

I really gotta find the motivation to get started with walking more, I changed my diet completely a month or so back, cut out all refined sugar, processed food, and most wheat products, now I gotta get walking properly..

I'm not sure cutting all of those things out entirely is the best way to go with it, more power to you if you manage though (sincerely).

As Feek did, I cut down my portions, did a lot more exercise (Swimming and walking) and ate according to that. I ate what I wanted (though I did add a lot more healthy things in, I still have the "bad" things in moderation). Denying yourself things just makes the whole process more of a chore, at least for me.

Grats on the weight loss Feek, makes my 35 pounds over 3-4 months a tad more paltry! More to come yet though :D.

Well done. I was pushing 15 stone and I have lost 10 1b hopefully By the end of next week I will have dropped a full stone:) According to a BMI Calculater my ideal weight is 8 stone 10 to 11 stone 11. Nought left if I was 9 stone.

Jesus!

I haven't seen you in quite a few years, so that's a huge transformation for me to see!

Well done mate!

Bit of a bump, here's me this afternoon in my Superfake (or Fakeadry) t-shirt and a spanky pair of [get this] 32" waist 501s! I won a competition that got me a £100 voucher at Debenhams so I treated myself to some nice jeans.

I'm at 149lb lost now and still drifting downwards.
