I'm down by 140 pounds.

As I've lost weight, I've had to restock my wardrobe a number of times and each time I've shrunk out of clothes, I've thrown the old ones away so there will be no comedy pictures of me standing in my old trousers.

However, I've not bought any new belts, instead I bought a tool for making holes in leather.

So, without further ado, here are my two belts. The outside one is the one I wear with jeans (although I now wear my super skinny 501s without a belt) and the inner one is the one I wear with my work trousers. I used to wear the larger one under my belly but the inside one now fits properly around my waist.

You can see how far round it now wraps :D

Feek i saw this post a few months ago and you inspired me to sort out the mess ive become.

I waned to do something i can maintain and for me going to the gym 3 times a week just isnt going to happen at all.

I decided to just log my calories set a goal and try my best to stick to it. I set my calories at 1600 per day, Im not eating amazingly healthy but what ive done is just to cut junk, No more pizza, burgers or fizzy drinks, Sweets or chocolates. I typically eat a lot of chicken, rice and eggs nower days.

I started in October at 18.11 stone, I have been weighing myself every Friday without fail and logging (i had a 64 day streak but then i forgot to do it one day) I also started to go squash once a week as i love playing it.

I give myself a cheat day every week which is Friday so i dont lose my mind. I have managed to loose something every week so far even if its just half a pound sometimes i just want to have a downward trend and im now at 16.9 stone. So that's a loss of 2.2 stone.

Just wanted to let you know that your the guy that seems to have finally inspired me to stick to it. Its only been a few months and i have still a long way to go but thanks a lot!

11 stone down now, that's 154lb or a fraction under 70kg.

A few weeks ago I tried running. I did the first three weeks of the NHS C25K thing but once I got to week 4, my right knee started playing up badly enough for me to abort the first day, twice. I ended up limping quite badly and so I've stopped that. My knees haven't been good for years and I was rightly concerned. I'm glad I tried though.
